Trucker Hub ("we") runs thetruckershub.com, a jobs network that introduces truck drivers to carriers in the USA and Canada. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with your information.
What we collect
- Only what you email us. This website has no forms and no accounts. If you write to support@thetruckershub.com, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message (for example your state, license class, endorsements, experience, or your company details).
- Nothing from your visit. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, ads or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To answer you.
- Drivers: to look for jobs that fit you. We tell you about a job first. We send your details to a carrier only after you say yes to that carrier.
- Carriers: to send you matching drivers who agreed, and to agree on our fee.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share driver details with a carrier the driver did not approve.
- We do not run background checks, driving-record checks or drug tests. Carriers do their own, with your permission.
- We do not send marketing emails unless you asked for them, and every such email will let you stop them.
Where it is kept
Your emails are stored in our email provider's mailbox (Zoho Mail). Only our team can read them. We keep them while we are helping you and delete them when you ask, or when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete all of it. Email support@thetruckershub.com with the subject "Privacy". We reply within 30 days.
Children
Trucker Hub is for adults looking for driving jobs and for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
When we add a sign-up form, an app or anything else that collects information, we will update this page first and change the date above.
